Abstract

|
Gastric bezoars are concretions or hard masses of foreign matter found in the gastrointestinal tract. It may induce many complications including intestinal obstruction. No report has been proposed on a case of prerenal ARF induced by intestinal obstruction by small-bowel bezoar. Therefore, we report a case of the patient with ARF associated with small-bowel bezoar, who initially visited with the symptoms of nausea and frequent vomiting.
